Cost: I offer packages that include the drawing time, custom-designed preprinted paper and plastic sleeves for the art.

1.5-hour package: $400

NO travel fee for San Diego County or Orange County.
Travel fees are $100 for LA, Santa Clarita, Palm Springs and $200 for Bakersfield or Santa Barbara.
NO travel fee for events 4 hours or more.
Superior Supplies & Materials
I draw on only archival-quality 11"x17" card stock with black and gray ink brush pens, calligraphy pens, and woodless pencils for spot-coloring.
Every caricature is placed in a clear plastic sleeve for protection and carrying.
Quick But Not Rushed Drawing Pace - I typically draw 12-15 guests per hour (3-5 families per hour) - I can speed up to over 20-30 per hour when necessary.
I can also draw full bodies or accommodate special requests such as superheroes or mermaids or sport or hobbies if your guests request them. I can also add some color to the caricatures, though it does require extra time.
Speaking of time, I take some pride in arriving an hour early as a standard.
I am a member in good standing of the International Society of Caricature Artists and the National Cartoonists Society.

Included at no cost with your booking is our custom-illustrated and designed drawing paper. I can incorporate the event, names, the date, party colors or theme or just about any other design motif you would like me to create from scratch. Examples:

There are similarities and differences between traditional and digital caricatures.
• Digital caricatures are produced at about half the rate of traditional about 8-10 per hour - the set up needs an electrical outlet, 3 chairs and a 6 foot table and cannot be done outdoors in the sunshine without complete protection from the sun, but each caricature is typically in full color printed on 4 x 6 paper and protected by a translucent sleeve.
• You can speed up the production of digital caricatures by about double by producing only black and white line drawings and many clients with a need for speed choose that style - entertaining yet fast!
• Crowds enjoy watching the caricature appear on a screen hidden from the person being drawn. The typical set up includes an iPad Pro, a monitor and a wireless printer OR an iMac and a Wacom Cintiq (like a very large iPad) and wired printer depending on the artist and the event and the space available (I employ both methods).
• Digital Caricature Entertainment is $350 per hr with a 2 hr minimum - multi-day discounts are available - contact me for details.
• Day Rate for Digital Caricature Entertainment is $2,000 for a single day - $1800 per day for 2 days or more.
• If requested, I provide translucent lanyards so that attendees can wear their caricatures around their neck for an additional $350 for up to 2 days.
• 4x6 is included in the base rate but 5x7 printouts are available for an additional $50 per hr.
• Letter sized prints are available for an additional $75 per hr.
• Digital Caricatures can be downloaded or given on a flash drive to the event organizers.

COMBO - DIGITAL & TRADITIONAL
• Traditional Caricatures are drawn about twice as fast, produced in black-and-white with gray tones, and occasionally a little bit of color, take much less space needing only a small table and three chairs, and are produced on 11 x 17 card stock with translucent sleeves.
• Digital Caricatures are typically printed 4x6, are often in full color, can entertain larger crowds with tv monitors showing the process to all but the subject and are completely shareable on social media and more.
• Some people choose BOTH digital and traditional and I have done these COMBO events with two hours of traditional and two hours of digital - this is done for the special rate of $1100 for four hours.
• This combo package has been especially popular at weddings and Bar & Bat Mitzvahs.
